Who: Drobo is an award-winning storage device company.
What: When this company first approached me, all they had was a disorganized, poorly written paper manual for one of their products. I designed, created, and wrote a multi-layered, web-based online help system which documented the setup and use of all of their many, varied products–for both end users and system administrators–all in one place. The system also supported translation, context sensitive help, and ongoing updates. Although the company has since merged with another, and changed their staff, they continue to use the same documentation system I originally created for them.
