Who: Warner Bros. Entertainment, Inc. is an entertainment company, film studio, and film distributor.
What: I was hired as a consultant to create and execute a corporate communications campaign to support a change in corporate structure and management for one of Warner Bros.’ global departments. The overall, strategic campaign included events such as executive presentations and speeches, email announcements, company-wide memos, surveys, brown bag meetings, and more. The project required substantial co-ordination and interfacing with various functional roles. I worked directly with the department’s VP and his direct reports.
