Bailey Communications is an award-winning consulting firm that specializes in crafting content that speaks to its audience and gets results. Our strategic approach to writing crosses all genres and ensures goals get met.
Our firm is headed by me, Cindy Bailey. I have over 15 years experience creating a variety of end products—from website copy to online help. Depending on project needs, I work alone as an independent consultant or with a small team of qualified writers that I bring on.
I have worked with companies of all sizes—small, medium, and large—in a variety of industries, including entertainment, software, hi-tech, training, finance, aviation, and others. My aim on every project is to create a high-quality result that meets the goals of the client, adds value, and makes a difference.
Some of my strengths include perfectly targeting the audience, transforming complex or technical ideas into easily readable language, and blending marketing communications (creative, conceptual, strategic) with a hi-tech agenda.
Whether you need to establish corporate identity, decrease technical support calls, or help your audience absorb information more quickly and easily, Bailey Communications can help with effective, purpose-driven content.
A Little More…
Outside of Bailey Communications, I have worked as a newspaper reporter, freelance writer, workshop leader, and speaker. I also blog about world travel at My Little Vagabonds, have authored an Amazon top-selling book called The Fertile Kitchen® Cookbook, and interviewed Bay Area literary stars for LitRave. One of my most challenging jobs, though? Being a mom! But I love it.
